How Calls Are Billed
For non-AMP customers there is a minimum charge for all technical support calls. Time spent waiting on hold to speak with a Support Specialist is not billable. Time spent researching your problem is. At the close of your call, the Support Specialist will let you know how much time will be billed against this Technical Support Agreement.

Renewals
Discounted renewal pricing is available if you renew this Technical Support Agreement prior to expiration. Agreements renewed after expiration constitutes a new TechnicalSupport Agreement and will be charged full price. All Technical Support Agreements must be paid for in advance, as IAS does not offer net terms on Technical SupportAgreements.

Our Technical Support Solution
Our dedicated Support Specialists will work hard to resolve your problem quickly. This Technical Support Agreement however, does not guarantee that we can solve your problem. There are many factors influencing how your software runs including the hardware and operating system you use. While in most cases we will find a solution to your problem, your Technical Support Agreement is non-refundable if we cannot resolve your problem.

Service Packs
We invite you to visit our Web site at www.iaspoms.com where you can obtain the most recent Service Packs, which include the latest corrections and enhancements to your IAS POMs Software. The Service Packs are compatible with the latest version of our software and we encourage you to upgrade to the latest version to enjoy the benefits of a Service Pack.

 

Disclaimer ~
  1. This agreement is nonrefundable and is good for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If you currently have a Technical Support Agreement, this agreement begins upon the expiration of your current agreement.
  2. For non AMP customer, all calls are billable except for those IAS determines to be directly related to a known program error. A RM50.00 per call will be charged. If your issue requires on site support to resolve the problem, you will be transferred to your IAS Account Executive who will assist you in purchasing a new Technical Support Agreement or you may select to pay RM500.00 per man-day for the man-day used on site. All out of pocket expenses will be charged to customer together with a mileage charge of RM0.70 per KM.
